Is your office currently open during normal business hours?

What about emergencies?
We are taking calls in the evenings and over the weekend to deal with healthcare emergencies. We have had people diagnosed with COVID-19 call from the hospital to put their estate plan in place or to update it and we are honored to be of assistance.
Can I plan or update my estate remotely?
Yes, we can plan your estate over phone or videoconference. Then we can review your documents over videoconference with document review. Finally, we can notarize your documents over video. You never have to leave your home. If you are hospitalized you can plan your estate despite the restriction on visitors.
Are you accepting new clients?
As an essential business, our law firm is fully open. We are delighted to work with new clients.
