What Our Legal Services Cost—and Why
At Braverman Law Group, we believe that planning for your future, your family, and your legacy deserves clarity—not just in legal outcomes, but in what you’ll invest to achieve them.
Our fees are flat, transparent, and always quoted in advance—so you can move forward with confidence, not uncertainty.
Why We Don’t Bill by the Hour
Most people dislike surprise bills. So do we.
Rather than billing you in six-minute increments for phone calls, emails, or paperwork, we offer flat fees for each phase of your planning process. This reflects the true value of our work—not the time it takes, but the thoughtfulness, experience, and customization we bring to every family we serve.
Estate planning is not a commodity. It’s a professional service that shapes what happens to everything you’ve worked for. Our clients are not buying documents—they’re investing in clarity, peace of mind, and long-term protection for the people they love.
What to Expect
We begin with a consultation, either virtual or in-person, where we learn about your needs and goals, and outline the options that make sense for you. By the end of that meeting, we’ll quote a flat fee tailored to your situation. That fee will cover everything necessary to complete your plan, including unlimited communication, thoughtful design meetings, a signing meeting, a funding meeting with full asset transfer instructions, and a family meeting for you to invite the people in positions of responsibility, or your beneficiaries, or both to learn and ask questions.
Fee Ranges
We tailor each plan to the client or family, but here is a general range to help you understand what to expect:
- Will-based Estate Plans
- Individuals: starting at $2,500
- Couples: starting at $3,800
- Trust-based Estate Plans
- Individuals: starting at $3,800
- Couples: starting at $5,700
- Special Needs Trust Planning
- Starting at $4,100, depending on complexity and government benefit coordination
- Asset Protection Trusts & Complex Planning
- Starting at $8,500 and individually quoted after consultation
- Trust Administration and Probate
- Fees based on complexity and nature of estate assets; flat or hourly pricing discussed up front
We will always provide a written proposal before you are asked to pay anything beyond the initial consultation.
What Our Clients Tell Us
Many of our clients tell us they sleep better at night once their plan is in place. Some say they’ve been meaning to do this for years—and finally feel peace after crossing it off their list. We’re proud to make that possible.
We take on a limited number of new matters each month so we can offer personal attention to each client. Our flat fees allow you to reach out with questions at any time during the process—without worrying about unexpected costs.
